We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means you cannot cancel your booking less than 48 hours in advance. Also, the cancellation policy applies on the entire stay, not just the start date. So, for instance, if your stay is between 14th March and 18th March, you can cancel your stay on or before 2.30 pm on 12th March. After 2.30 pm on 12th March, no cancellation will be permitted for the entire stay. During the Christmas Week – 23 December to 2 January – we reserve the right to extend the cancellation policy to one week. i.e. for that period cancellations will be permitted only one week in advance.
Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance before the check-in time and date qualify for a full refund, minus processing fees. However, for bookings in the Christmas week - 23 December to 2 January - cancellations have to be made one week in advance.
In case of unforseen events such as natural disasters or government restrictions, The Old Quarter reserves the right to cancel the booking and offer the guest(s) a full refund for their booking.
Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
